SSO - OneLogin Integration

This page will show you how to create an SSO connection to BeeBole Timesheet using OneLogin.
These parameters are just an example. If you have specific protocols in place to define OneLogin connectors/apps, please make sure to add your custom steps to the one described here under.

Create a BeeBole Timesheet app

Once connected as an admin to your OneLogin portal, go to Applications > Custom connectors and create a new connector.

Step 1

Give the connector a name, such as BeeBole Timesheet.

Define the Sign on method as OpenID Connect.

Upload a logo of your choice. If you want to use the BeeBole logo, you can use the logo available the following URL:

Define the Redirect URI
The URI is https://beebole-apps.com/sso2cb/xxxxxx where xxxxxx should be replaced by your account ID.
You can directly retrieve the URI in your BeeBole account in Settings > Account > OpenID Connect as Login Redirect URI

Define the Login URL
The URL is https://beebole-apps.com/sso2/xxxxxx where xxxxxx should be replaced by your account ID.
You can directly retrieve the URI in your BeeBole account in Settings > Account > OpenID Connect as Initiate Login URI

Step 2

Back on the Custom Connectors page, click on Add an app to the connector, next to the connector freshly created.
The parameters should already be correct by default.

Step 3

The app is now created.
Click on SSO in the left menu.

Make sure that the Application Type is Web and that the Authentication Method is POST.

Retrieve the Client ID and the Client Secret and paste these values in your BeeBole account under Settings > Account > OpenID Connect

Connect to BeeBole using OneLogin SSO as an employee

The employees assigned to the BeeBole app in your OneLogin portal will now see a new BeeBole Timesheet app in their OneLogin App portal.
Clicking on the app will automatically connect them and redirect them to their BeeBole account.
