With Specific Tasks, you can choose a subset of the generic Tasks that will be available for a project, a sub-project, a customer or an employee.
You can also decide to have no task at all for the project, sub-project, customer or employee.
When you set Specific Tasks for a customer, all its projects will share the same tasks.
The priority order is as followed:
The system will look for specific tasks on sub-projects, then projects, then customers, then employees and finally will take the tasks defined on your company if no specific tasks were found.
You may also decide to disable task selection for a specific project, sub-project or customer. In this case:
If you want all generic tasks available for a customer, a project, a sub-project or an employee, just delete all the Specific Tasks entries in the corresponding screen.
