Specific Tasks


With Specific Tasks, you can choose a subset of the Tasks that will be available for a project or a customer.


Add specific tasks to a project or a customer

  1. Go to the page of the project or customer

  2. add the module Specific Tasks if it is not already there

  3. Click Add a new task

  4. Pick the task you want to add from the list

  5. Repeat from step 3 if necessary


Specific tasks for a customer

When you set Specific Tasks for a customer, all its projects will share the same tasks.
You can set Specific Tasks, for a project of that customer too, to handle some exception if necessary.



No Specific Tasks

If you want all tasks available for a customer or a project, just delete all the Specific Tasks entries, of the customer and of the project.
