To find the module click the top right menu: SettingsIf you have multiple branches in your organization, you can setup different Tasks for each branch.
Define the tasks
The tasks are global for all the staff working at your organization. They are useful:
By default the system comes with 3 tasks:
- Administration
- Meetings
- Research
You can rename them or add other tasks.
Specific tasks
The tasks defined here are available for all projects and customers. You can limit the tasks available for a particular company or project by using Specific Task
You can set it as inactive to prevent anyone to use it in their timesheets.
To delete permanently a taks, go with the mouse over the task, and click Delete.
If the task is in use in some timesheet you need to delete the time records related to that task.
Use tasks in the timesheetsOnce you have tasks defined for your company, they will be mandatory in the timesheet.
If you don't need tasks in your timesheets:
- Set all tasks as inactive
- Or delete the unused ones
