Billing Methods allows you to put a price on your working time.
BeeBole provide various billing methods to match the way you bill your clients.
You can use Billing Methods on:
- projects
if your billing vary from project to project
- customers
to set a different billing on each customer
- your staff
to set a billing per employee
- or globally for your entire organisation
if you apply the same billing rates to all your people and projects
To set a rate for a project or a customer
Go to that project. ?
Click the top-right menu: Customize
Locate: Billing Methods
And drag it to your screen. You should see the module below:
By default the option is set as Unbillable.
Leave it as is, if this is an unbillable work.
A single rate per hour
When everyone have the same rate for the project.
Set an amount and a currency.
The default currency is coming from the locale settings of your organisation.
A rate per task
If you want to put a price on tasks instead, use the option
The list of the tasks are coming from the company that employs you.
BeeBole, in the example above. Click the link to go to the company screen to add or remove tasks.
A rate per sub project
If you wnt to put a price on a subproject, use the option
The list of sub projects available here are the ones you define from
Sub project
A rate per person
If you want to put a hourly price for each project member.
You can set a price on people for a project, only if you declare them as Exclusive members

Set rates on customers, people or your organisation
The module Billing Methods can be set on: projects, clients, people or your own company, in the following order of priority:
- billing details of the project
- if not found, billing details of the client
- if not found, billing details of the staff filling the timesheet
- if not found, billing details of your organization
