This module is available for a company

Add your own employees or contractors

Go to the page of your own organization(eg: by using the top search box)
In general it is something like https://<...your account name ...>.beebole-apps.com#company-3
Locate the module People
Click Add new person
Enter the full name, the person is added as you type
To add more details for that person, click Display that appears when your mouse goes over the person's line

You can add multiple people at once. Just click various time on Add new person.

If you want to automatically add many people you can use the Import module

If you want to invite that person to become a user. eg: to fill their timesheet themselves.

You need to invite them as a user with the module User details

You can as well add your customer contacts.
eg: a person the project team may have to contact.
